1. At the time of reservation a deposit of 50% of the cost of the booking is required within 72 hours payable by credit card. No booking will be considered confirmed if payment is not received.

2. The balance in full is due at the time of arrival payable either by credit card or in cash. NO checks, travelers checks or money orders.

3. At time of check-in a registration/rental agreement form must be completed and signed by the booking guest. A government issued identification document will also be required (e.g. passport or driver’s license).

Cancellation Policy

1. The deposit will be refunded if a cancellation is made prior to 21 days from the planned arrival date. A cancellation fee of US$80.00 will be charged in order to recover administrative and credit card expenses.

2. If the reservation is cancelled less than 21 days before the planned arrival date, or if the guest does not show up, the deposit will not be refunded.

3. A deposit loss insurance is available. Please request details at time of reservation. The premium, which is not refundable for any reason, is equal to 10% of the total value of the booking. If a cancellation is then made within 21 days of the planned arrival date the deposit will be refunded. This premium must be paid at the time of confirmation with the initial 50% deposit.
