Guests enjoy a Queen bed in master bedroom and either double or 2 twins in 2nd bedroom, one and half baths, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room.

• Daily trash ‘n tidy and towel change with a full linen change weekly
• All utilities (power & water)
• 60 channels on Cable TV

• Can accommodate a maximum of 4 persons plus 1 child up to age 7 (in either a rollabed or crib)

• Monthly Rate during high season: Pay for three weeks Stay four (water & power utilities included in promotion)

• At the time of reservation a deposit of 50% of the cost of the booking is required within 72 hours payable by credit card. No booking will be considered confirmed if payment is not received.


• The balance in full is due at the time of arrival payable either by credit card or in cash. At time of check-in a registration/rental agreement form must be completed and signed by the booking guest. A government issued identification document will also be required (e.g. passport or driver’s license).


• Deposit will be refunded if a cancellation is made prior to 21 days from the planned arrival date. A cancellation fee of US$80.00 will be charged in order to recover administrative and credit card expenses. If the reservation is cancelled less than 21 days before the planned arrival date, or if the guest does not show up, the deposit will not be refunded


• Smoking inside the unit is not permitted


• Min 5 night stay all year round for both unit types except for holiday season (Dec 18 to Jan 8) where there's a 7 night minimum stay required


• Max 4 persons plus 1 child up to age 7 (in a rollawaybed or crib) can be accommodated in units
